Criminal charges were filed by the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and a warrant was issued by the Kings County Superior Court in the amount of $1.9 million dollars based on Young’s previous criminal history and being on active Post Release Community Supervision.

Levi Young was later arrested in Fresno by MAGEC. A search warrant was executed in the 7000 block of Fargo Place and $25,000 worth of property stolen from the burglary was located and later returned to the victim.

A second arrest warrant was filed and signed for an additional suspect; Buddy Young and he was later arrested in Fresno. His bail is currently $200,000 for his role in the theft.”
