Butte County Authorities Carry Out Narcotics-Related Search Warrant; Two Arrested
OROVILLE, CA — “On June 30, 2025, at approximately 1:53 p.m., Butte County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies and detectives from the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force (BINTF) executed a search warrant in the 2000 block of C Street, Oroville.
During the search, law enforcement recovered drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine throughout the residence. In addition, a loaded semi-automatic pistol was located in a bedroom. Both the controlled substances and the firearm were seized as evidence.
Sabra Briggscollinsragan, age 27 of Chico, was arrested for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Additionally, Rocky Overturf, age 35, of Oakdale, was arrested due to multiple outstanding felony warrants.
