SOUTH SACRAMENTO, CA – June 30th 2025 – “Yesterday afternoon, Central Patrol Deputies responded to a shooting call near 47th Street and 47th Avenue in South Sacramento. Sunday June 29.
Deputies arrived on scene and confirmed no one had been hit.
Their investigation revealed the two victims were in a verbal argument with another adult male at their apartment complex, later identified as 30-year-old Nathaniel Larry. Larry retrieved a firearm and fired toward the victims as they tried to walk away.
Deputies began a search of the complex and located Larry, who was taken into custody without incident.
Patrol Deputies authored and executed a search warrant of his residence and retrieved the firearm used in the incident.
Larry was booked into custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail, where he is being held on $150,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 1.”
