Caspar Woman Arrested for Alleged Domestic Battery, Attempted Robbery

CASPAR, CA — Mendocino County authorities have reportedly arrested a Caspar woman on suspicion of domestic violence.
Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on the 24000 block of Casparado Way in Caspar, California, on Feb. 1, 2025, at approximately 8:23 p.m., following a report of a domestic violence incident.
According to a press release by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded on the night of Saturday, Feb. 1, to a residence on the 24000 block of Casparado Way in Caspsar.
The caller, a 66-year-old man, reported he was involved in a verbal argument with his partner, Lucie HebertMyers, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies determined there was probable cause to believe HebertMyers had attempted to take property from the victim by force and committed battery during the altercation.
HebertMyers was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and domestic battery, and booked at the Mendocino County jail.
She later posted bail and was released.
