Cyber Tips Lead to Multiple Child Porn Arrests in Modesto

“Detectives with the Special Crimes Unit conducted three separate investigations this week into the possession and distribution of child pornography. Following up tips, Detectives served warrants related to these investigations leading to the arrest of three separate people.
The service of the warrants yielded several hundred images and videos of child pornography. With this evidence, Detectives arrested the following suspects;
Jose Cabrera 67 years old of Modesto.
Angelina Carrasquilo 21 years old of Modesto.
Cody Butler 33 years old of Modesto.
All three of the above were booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety center for 311.11 PC – Possession of Child Pornography. All these subjects were independent, and unknown to each other.
Sgt Alejandro Rivera, who supervises the Special Crimes Unit, said “Protecting children is our number one priority. We will continue to investigate tips we receive to bring those to justice who seek to exploit children.”
