Child Endangerment Arrests Made in Roseville Fentanyl Investigation

“The Placer County Special Operations Team and Roseville CSU detectives conducted a search warrant related to a fentanyl investigation. During the search warrant detectives located evidence of fentanyl sales. Detectives also learned that three children were in the apartment and had access to fentanyl and other narcotics paraphernalia inside of the apartment. The children were taken into protective custody and both 36-year-old David Elliot and 31-year-old Michael Moniz of Roseville were arrested for narcotics and child endangerment related charges. Great work to both investigations units on this joint investigation, and ultimately removing three children from a very dangerous situation”
