Kern County Man Arrested for Allegedly Operating Illegal Casino

“On March 14, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., deputies from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Kern Valley Substation conducted a probation search at a residence in the 2400 block of Cherry Street in Lake Isabella, California.

Michael Brown (39) of Lake Isabella was subsequently arrested for operating an illegal gaming casino. Brown was booked into the Kern County Sheriff’s Office jail for multiple charges including narcotics possession and operating an illegal gaming casino.

Anyone with additional information regarding this investigation (2024-00030838) is requested to contact the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at (661)861-3110 or Secret Witness at (661)322-4040.”
