Suspicious Subjects Arrested for Trespassing and Possession of Methamphetamine

“Trespassing Suspects Found to be in Possession of Burglary Tools Narcotic Paraphernalia, and Suspected Stolen Property.

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. Foothill Blvd. regarding suspicious subjects loitering in front of a business after closing time. Officers arrived and contacted two subjects, later identified as 32-year-old Danny Valenzuela, resident of Rialto and 34-year-old Freddie Pennington, resident of the City of Bloomington.

Through their investigation, officers discovered Valenzuela was in possession of burglary tools, narcotics paraphernalia, and suspected stolen property.

Both subjects were arrested and later booked into the West Valley Detention Center for PC 602(o) – Trespassing. Valenzuela was additionally charged with H&S 11377(a) – Possession of Methamphetamine.”
