“On 09/26/2023, at about 1:13 PM HPD officers canvassed a local transient encampment and located a reported stolen motorcycle. HPD officers investigated and arrested 41-year-old Daniel Engle out of Healdsburg.

On 09/28/2023, at about 12:18 PM, HPD officers located a reported stolen vehicle on Dry Creek Rd. near Healdsburg Av. HPD officers conducted a traffic stop on the driver. HPD officers investigated the incident and arrested 39-year-old Ramon Macias out of Geyserville.

On 09/28/2023, at about 9:03 PM, HPD officers located a reported stolen vehicle on Healdsburg Av. near Passalacqua Rd. HPD officers conducted a traffic stop on the occupants. After an investigation, HPD officers arrested 30-year-old Luis Langolozado out of Rohnert Park and 36-year-old Hector Pulidogonzalez out of Windsor.”
