Visalia Man Arrested for Child Exploitation Material Possession

“After receiving a cyber tip for suspected child abuse material, VPD Detectives with the Youth Services Unit served a search warrant at a home in the 4600 block of West Iris Avenue this afternoon.

55-year-old Miguel Torres Delgado was contacted and arrested for possession of obscene materials involving minors.

Delgado was transported and booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.”
