School Employee Arrested for Alleged Possession of CSAM

“On August 16, 2023,  Detectives of the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force/Child Exploit Detail were notified that a member of the facilities department at Valley Christian Schools was in possession of explicit digital media of juveniles. During the course of the investigation, Todd Baldwin was identified as the staff member who allegedly paid students for providing the explicit images and video.

On August 17, 2023, Detectives of the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force/Child Exploit Detail arrested the suspect and served a search warrant at his office and his residence in San Jose. The suspect was later booked at the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Valley Christian Schools immediately cooperated and assisted with the investigation to ensure the safety of their students.
