Bakersfield Police Call on Public to Help Locate Man Who Allegedly Exposed Himself to Teens

“We are requesting the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an indecent exposure and annoying/molesting a child investigation.

On June 18th, at approximately 6:20 PM, the below depicted adult male in the depicted vehicle, followed two juvenile victims who were walking in the area of Jewetta Avenue at Olive Drive. At one point, the suspect exited his vehicle and masturbated in front of the victims.

The suspect is described as a: Hispanic or Indian Male, possible late 20’s, Gray knit cap, blue shirt with “Snoopy” graphic, black sweat pants, black mask with white design or lettering, wrist watch on left wrist.

Occupying a: Newer model Grey possible Hyundai Elantra 4-door with stock rims.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or who may have been an additional victim is urged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.”
