Fontana Man Arrested for Alleged Possession, Distribution of CSAM

A Fontana man was recently arrested on suspicion of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.

In a press release shared to Facebook on the afternoon of February 8, local police identified 47-year-old Prisciliano Perez as the subject of an investigation into the alleged downloading and sharing of child sexual abuse material, having followed up on a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force.

On February 7, investigators served a search warrant at Perez’s Kenora Road home and seized multiple electronic devices, ultimately uncovering evidence corroborating the alleged crimes.

Perez was arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography and booked at the West Valley Detention Center, police said.
