“On 09/13/22, at approximately 5:50 PM, Banning Police Officers conducted a check on a subject who was loitering next to the Banning Police Department. He was identified as 40-year-old Eric Guerrero, of Banning.

A search of his person and property revealed he was in possession of a loaded .22 caliber revolver, 3 pellet pistols that resembled genuine firearms, drug paraphernalia, and several rounds of miscellaneous ammunition.

Investigation revealed that Guerrero is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was later booked into Larry D. Smith Correctional

Facility on the following charges:
25850(a) PC – Carrying loaded firearm in public
29800(a)(1) PC – Felon in possession of firearm 30305(a)(1) PC – Felon in possession of ammunition 11364(a) H&S – Possession of drug paraphernalia
