“Stockton police homicide detectives arrested Elizabeth Gomez, 23, and Juwan Potter, 24, in connection to the December 18, 2021, shooting death of a 23-year-old male in the 700 block of Houston Avenue (Van Buskirk Park).

Gomez and Potter were booked into the San Joaquin County Jail.”
