OAKLEY — Jennifer S. Decarlo, a 34-year-old resident of Oakley, is in custody for allegedly sexually molesting teenage boys. Decarlo is being held in lieu of $1,160,000 bond, pending a court hearing on August 10.

Multiple victims were identified, and several items of evidence were collected and analyzed. The investigation revealed multiple lewd acts occurred involving the first reported victim.

Additional male victims ages 13 to 16 were later identified.

Decarlo apparently met victims through family, friends, or acquaintances. Her alleged crimes occurred between January and March this year.
