“Tuesday EDSO Narcotic’s Detectives served a search warrant at a Rio Linda residence related to a month-long narcotic’s investigation. Detectives identified two suspects as a source of supply of cocaine to El Dorado County. Upon arrival, two suspects attempted to flee the residence on foot, but were quickly apprehended. During a search of the residence, items seized included the following:
26-year-old Marco Lopez and 20-year-old Meloinie Wills of Sacramento were booked into the El Dorado County Jail. 19-year-old Michael Mulin and 19-year-old Amit Singh of Rio Linda were arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Jail. The four suspect’s charges varied, and the arrest charges included the following:
HS 11351 – Possession of a controlled substance for sale (cocaine, oxycodone)
HS 11352(a) – Transportation of a controlled substance for sale (cocaine)
HS 11378 – Possession of a controlled substance for sale (methamphetamine, psilocybin)
HS 11366.5(a) – Maintaining a drug house
HS 11370.1(a) – Possession of a loaded firearm while in possession of a controlled substance
HS 11370.6(a) – Possession of more than $100,000 used in drug sales
PC 30605(a) – Possession of an assault weapon
PC 182(a)(1) – Conspiracy”
