“Last night, Officer Becerra conducted extra patrols on the Westside when he saw a man looking into driveways and vehicles prowling with a flashlight.
The suspect was so focused on prowling for potential valuables that he didn’t stop until the officer approached him. You’re busted.
Officer Becerra stopped Charles Ostenik, who had a felony warrant for his arrest along with burglary tools and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Mr. Ostenik went to jail.”
