“On Monday around 7:30 p.m., TCSO Deputies saw a vehicle unable to stay in its lane in the 3500 Block of North Oaks Street in Tulare, that had no license plates. Deputies stopped the driver, 28-year-old Augustine Sandoval-Noriega, and learned he had a suspended license. Deputies also found a meth pipe in the truck.

As Deputies tried to arrest Sandoval-Noriega, he physically resisted and ran off. Deputies chased after Sandoval-Noriega and ended up tasing him. He was then arrested without further incident.

Deputies also found an unregistered loaded Glock firearm inside Sandoval-Noriega truck and learned he was a convicted felon. Sandoval-Noriega was found with meth, as well, and booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.”
