“Just before 2:30 p.m yesterday, TCSO Deputies were called to Oak Valley School in Tulare for a 13-year-old boy who had a gun.

When Deputies arrived, they found a loaded handgun in the boys backpack. The 13-year-old was taken into custody without incident and the handgun was collected at the scene as evidence.
