Sacramento trio arested for theft, conspiracy, drugs and weapons

“Earlier this evening some alert citizens called NPD to report they had just witnessed someone steal a catalytic converter from a vehicle in our City.
A broadcast of the vehicle and license plate was provided to our allied agencies.
Our friends at the American Canyon Police Department located the vehicle on Jameson Canyon and pulled it over.
All 3 occupants (Sacramento residents) were detained and ultimately arrested for the theft, conspiracy, drug and weapons charges.
Thank you to our citizens and American Canyon Police Department for the assist!”
