A few minutes later, a Placer County Sheriff’s sergeant spotted the truck on Bell Road. A high-risk traffic stop was initiated, and the suspects were taken into custody.

The driver was identified as 28-year old Miguel Delgado of Tahoe City, and the passenger was identified as 40-year old Matthew Addiego of Alta. Deputies searched the vehicle and found over 28 grams of methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe, two storage sheds, two closet organizers and 39 plants, totaling over $1,900.
