“On June 1, 2021, the Redwood City Police Department received a call from a concerned citizen stating a couple had set up camp in a nearby park and were engaged in an adult act in public view.

Redwood City Police Officers contacted 36-year-old Dylan Raymos and a juvenile female victim. This contact generated further investigation which revealed Raymos was involved in an intimate relationship with the victim.

The Redwood City Police Department obtained a felony warrant for Raymos’ arrest. On June 15, 2021 Raymos was located in Menlo Park and arrested for the warrant. On June 16, 2021, Raymos was present in court when he was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Mr. Raymos posted bail and was released from custody on June 19, 2021.

On July 7, 2021, Raymos and the victim attempted to board a plane at SFO bound for Amsterdam. Airport security contacted Raymos and learned of the restraining order. This led to further investigation and ultimately led to Raymos being arrested. Raymos is currently being held at the San Mateo County Jail on $5 million bail.”
