“On Friday, May 7, 2021, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a Deputy from the Wasco Substation conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle near the intersection of E Street and 7th Street in Wasco.
During a search of the vehicle, the Deputy located two firearms, one of which was loaded.
Salvador Raya, 31-year-old male from Wasco, was arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail for felony and misdemeanor weapons violations, no license plate on a vehicle, no proof of insurance and driver’s license not in possession.”
