Bank robber walks out, is immediately arrested

“At 1:39 p.m. on February 25th, Placer County Sheriff’s deputies received a call of a bank robbery that had just occurred at the Wells Fargo on Grass Valley Highway, in Auburn.
Dispatch advised a male had entered the bank and handed a bank teller a note demanding cash. After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect exited the bank and began walking towards Highway 49 and Bell Road.
A deputy who was responding to the bank robbery spotted the suspect immediately and detained him. The suspect was identified as 36-year old Darren Campoy.
The deputy searched Campoy and found neatly stacked cash inside his pockets, which the investigation revealed he had taken during the robbery from Wells Fargo. Campoy was subsequently arrested for robbery.”
