“On 02/04/2021 during the 1 PM hour, one of our Officers was patrolling the Crossroads Shopping Center when he was flagged down by a store employee from the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Rd.
The employee alerted the officer to a white pick-up truck behind the business that had just stolen a cartload of merchandise. The Officer was able to stop the vehicle and contact the driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Mathew Littleton of Sonora.
During the investigation, it was learned that Littleton was on Tuolumne County Probation and a search was conducted of his vehicle. Littleton was found to be in possession of stolen items that were valued at over $1,000, and drug paraphernalia. It was also learned that Littleton had an accomplice in the theft, 20-year-old Heaven Pratt of Sonora. Pratt was located by officers at a nearby store.

Littleton and Pratt were subsequently arrested for grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, and being in possession of drug paraphernalia. Pratt and Littleton were booked at the Dambacher Detention Facility on their charges and their bail was set at $20,000.”
