A Shasta County woman has been arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing her ex-husband, according to reports.
Just before 12:30 AM on February 4th, South County Patrol Station deputies reportedly found 57-year-old Ronald Colosio dead of an apparent stab wound at his Deschutes Road home.
Colosio’s ex-wife, 54-year-old Annastacia Colosio, was also at the scene and appeared to have sustained a laceration on her leg.
Investigators eventually discovered that, while the Colosios had been divorced for over ten years, they maintained a relationship that occasionally got violent.
Stacia Colosio was arrested on February 5, after being medically cleared, and booked at the Shasta County Jail on suspicion of homicide.
