“On Sunday, November 22, 2020, deputies from the Central Station responded to the report of shots heard and screaming in the 7000 block of Glasgow Avenue in San Bernardino.

When deputies arrived they found a blood trail, which led from Glasgow Avenue to an apartment on the west side of the property. During a welfare check of the occupants inside, Timmel Mallett was detained.

Deputies observed a loaded .9 mm magazine in plain view and wrote a search warrant for the residence.

The search warrant was executed, and a .9 caliber Smith and Wesson was found. Deputies were unable to locate a victim. Mallett was arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center.”
