“Last night, officers responded to a call for service regarding an adult male coming off of drugs, damaging things, and looking for his gun.

The subject was reported to have made threats to shoot the reporting party, to fight the police and threats to shoot the residence. This was the same subject of an unrelated call earlier in the day in which he was allegedly armed with a rifle and making threats at a store in West Sacramento.

At the time of the second call, the subject fled the residence in a vehicle. A responding officer located the vehicle and a vehicle stop was conducted. The subject, who initially was non-compliant with officers, was taken into custody without incident.

The subject is a convicted felon on probation for resisting officers and a firearms charge and was currently wanted on outstanding warrants in Sacramento County. A probation search of the vehicle revealed ammunition, approximately 343 grams of marijuana, 1.3 grams of methamphetamine, a pipe, and items consistent with the sale of controlled substances.

The subject was also found to be in possession of approximately 15.8 grams of heroin hidden on his person; he was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, sales of a controlled substance and felon in possession of ammunition. He was booked at the Yolo County Jail.”
