The Lodi Police department conducted a traffic stop on August 4 in the 200 block of E. Pine street.
35-year-old Jesse Ruiz was driving with a vehicle code violation, and then, it was discovered, also a suspended license.
But wait, there’s more. Ruiz carried a loaded firearm and meth.
The press release declares that “Ruiz was arrested and charged with various weapons, narcotics offenses and an outstanding warrant. Ruiz was booked into San Joaquin County Jail and is being held on a $245,000 bail.”
