Here’s a press release from the Tracy Police Deprtment concerning the arrests of two suspects in a homicide investigation –
“Tracy, Calif. – On Monday, July 27th the US Marshal’s Fugitive Apprehension Team assisted the Tracy Police Department in arresting two suspects for their involvement in the April 24, 2020 homicide of a 48-year-old male on Duncan Drive.
Joseph Arquilada
Jeylan Chanhnoy and Joseph Arquilada were taken into custody in Stockton and turned over to Tracy Police Investigators. Both suspects were later booked into San Joaquin County Jail on murder charges. Both are 18 years old and residents of Stockton.
