Yesterday, Deputy Pena was patrolling the southern side of Vallejo enjoying the nice weather. While cruising on Lemon Street, Deputy Pena noticed a car with a vehicle violation. Subsequently, he stopped the vehicle and approached the people inside: 31-year-old Samuel Figueroa of San Rafael, 31-year-old Conrad Moreno of Myers Flat, and 36-year-old Adam Harris of Santa Rosa. Ultimately, Deputy Pena decided to search the vehicle and good thing he did. During a search of the car, deputies discovered a .40 caliber firearm with an extended magazine, ammunition, drug paraphrenia, suspected heroin, and suspected methamphetamine.

Figueroa, Moreno, and Harris were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm, felons in possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with altered identification numbers, and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle. Figueroa and Moreno were arrested for other drug-related charges.”
