Homicide Suspect on Ontario Stabbing Is Arrested

Ontario police have arrested a person suspected of stabbing and killing a man in a motel parking lot.

The stabbing took place on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Capri Motel in the 1200 Block of East Holt Boulevard in Ontario.  When police arrived just before noon, they discovered the victim, a 39-year-old man from Ontario, suffering fro stab wounds in the parking lot.  He was treated by medics and transported to a local hospital.  Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Investigators obtained leads and were able to quickly locate the suspect.  The suspect was arrested less than six hours after the incident.  “The suspect, whose identity will not be released at this time, was taken into custody without incident,” according to the release.  “There are no outstanding suspects at this time.”
