“Officer Kolnes hits the ground running on her first-day solo to investigate the theft of tools from a construction site on the 100 block of Fern St. The business captured video of the suspects leaving in a vehicle found parked on the 1300 block of Highway 9.

Officer Kolnes contacted Christina Whitehead, 50 years old, and on probation for narcotics sales in the vehicle. Ms. Whitehead was searched per probation terms and found in possession of the stolen tools as well as a 2” rock of methamphetamine along with drug packaging materials.

Christina Whitehead, 50 years old, arrested for felony possession of stolen property, methamphetamine for sale, and felony probation.”
