Two individuals were arrested in Buena Park after an officer pulled over their vehicle and located various types and amounts of narcotics inside.

A Buena Park police officer pulled over the vehicle in the area of Western Avenue and El Cerro Drive around 3:13 AM on Wednesday, February 13, 2020.

A records check revealed that the driver was driving on a suspended license and also had an outstanding warrant related to narcotics. Police searched the vehicle and discovered a plethora of narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia: 11 pills of Oxycodone, 105 pills of Hydrocodone, 7.9 grams of heroin, and 134.7 grams of methamphetamine.

The female passenger in the vehicle “tried to dupe officers by using her sisters information, but was unsuccessful,” according to the release. “She was identified and found to have outstanding warrants including being a wanted Parolee.”

Officers arrested both suspects. The driver was later charged with possession, and the passenger was charged with narcotics sales and transportation for sales.
