Tracy police arrest one, seek other suspect in murder of Nikolis Martinez

TRACY — Police have announced the arrest of one of two suspects in the murder of Nikolis Martinez.

28-year-old Nicole Diaz was taken into custody just after 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 5.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the second suspect, identified as 21-year-old Enrique Guillen-Valles of Tracy, who is believed to have fled the area and is considered armed and dangerous.

Martinez, who died on September 21, 2019, on the 200 block of West Carlton Way, had reportedly known the two suspects.
