TUOLUMNE COUNTY — Two suspects are in custody on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, with one still being sought, in connection to the death of Jeremy Allen.

Authorities say Allen died due to mixed drug intoxication, and that the suspects — Michael Pierce (41) of Sonora, Cyrus Cole (39) of Tuolumne, and Annastasia White (29) of Jamestown — failed to get him help despite numerous opportunities to do so.

After his death, the three allegedly abandoned his body on a remote forest road off Buchanan Mine Road in Tuolumne, then stole his truck and personal items from his home. The truck was alter found hidden under a tarp in the area of Fir Drive and Mountain View Road in Sonora.
