VACAVILLE – VPD arrested the same young man three times for three different crimes August 19 through 24.

First, on August 19, a watchful resident called police at 7:00 a.m. as they saw two people stealing mail. They opened “cluster mailboxes in front of an apartment complex” in the 100 block of Aegean Way.
Police arrested 19-year-old Tyler Howell immediately with his duffel bag full of stolen mail. They also nabbed his lookout, 24-year-old Glenn Williamson nearby, “hiding in a garbage enclosure.”

The pair faced burglary, conspiracy and mail theft charges. Williamson also had a probation violation.
Then, on the 23rd police again arrested Howell for heroin possession at an Alamo Lane car wash.
Finally, on Friday at 10:00 a.m. VPD received a call about suspects breaking into a vacant apartment.
Officers responded and eventually found Howell again, and arrested and booked him for trespassing.
