NICE – Officers served a search warrant on April 26th at a residence in the 3400 block of Clyde Street after Jose Gustavo Mena III was arrested the day before with a loaded weapon and lock pick set.

Mean’s brother, Ryan Anthony Mena, and 26-year-old Christina Elizabeth Muis were at the residence and contacted by authorities.

Detectives discovered a honey oil lab, 15 pounds of marijuana, 1 gram of meth, glass pipes, 61 rounds of 9mm ammo and over $11,000.

In addition they found a binder with completed shipping labels and a running log.

The LCSO announced, “Ryan Mena was arrested and booked at the Lake County Jail for violations of California Health and Safety Code sections 11379.6- Chemical Extraction of a Controlled Substance, 11359- Possession of Marijuana for Sale, 11364- Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, 11377- Possession of a Controlled Substance and a violation of California Penal Code section 30305- Prohibited Person in Possession of Ammunition. Ryan Mena remains in custody on $100,000 bail.”
