COVELO – On Saturday afternoon a call came into the MCSO concerning shots fired near or at a residence in the 25000 block of Fairbanks Road.
Responding deputies obtained a description of the vehicle from which the shots were fired, along with video evidence of one of the vehicle’s occupants.
The MCSO press release states that deputies “contacted” the driver of the vehicle, 20-year-old Orlando Esquivel, who admitted that he and 36-tear-old Aaron Parker drove to the residence and Parker fired shots towards the residence using a rifle with a high caliber magazine. Apparently Parker “was upset with one of the occupants that lived inside the residence.”
Esquivel was arrested for conspiracy and allowing the discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. Parker was arrested for discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner and conspiracy. Both face bails at $15,000.
