51-year old Tod Payne could not find his way out of a parking lot before witnesses alerted Visalia Police Officers that Payne crashed into their parked cars.
Not only had the Santa Barbara man crashed into four parked police cars and one privately owned car mid afternoon on March 29, 2018, he crashed into these cars at the Visalia Police Department Headquarters and was severely intoxicated while doing so.
Payne caused major damage to his own vehicle, a Cadillac CTS , and to the parked cars.

Luckily he was the only person involved in the non-injury accident.
Payne was still trying to make his way out of the parking lot when officers reached him, helped him place his car in park, and arrested him.
Payne was charged for driving under the influence and a hit and run and booked into Tulare County Pre- Trial Facility.
