Human Trafficking Suspect Arrested

SAN BERNARDINO — Robert “Bones Da P” Westbrook, 28-year-old resident of San Bernardino, was arrested on September 13, 2017, for violating laws against human trafficking, pimping, pandering, and sexual exploitations of a minor.

A young female loitering by streets West 10 and North G was stopped by San Bernardino Officers under the suspicion she intended to solicit. The young female was identified as a minor and reported runaway from Riverside County. Further investigation by the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force revealed she was a victim of commercialized prostitution.

The SB County Human Trafficking Task Force identified Robert Westbrook as the suspected trafficker. He was found and arrested at a hotel bordering the cities of San Bernardino and Colton. A woman was with him at the time of this arrest, a second victim.

“Both victims were rescued, taken to a safe location, and provided services. The juvenile victim was released to the Los Angeles County Family and Child Services Investigators to be safely returned home.”

As for Westbrook, he is being housed at the Central Detention Center. His bail stands at $1,000,000.
