LOS ANGELES — 21-year-old Andres Spancky Raya will be spending the next two years in state prison for charges related to animal cruelty.

Mary Jane, his female pit bull mix, suffered from his hands last year when he threw her off of a cliff… twice.

Both incidents were filmed by a concerned neighbor at the same location on the 1300 block of Luella Drive on September 26 and 28, 2016.  The ravine slopes 145 feet down from the road.

Raya will also serve 5 years, served concurrently, for an unrelated first-degree burglary charge.

He pled no contest to the animal cruelty charge.
