Two Collisions Lead to DUI Arrests in Lincoln

LINCOLN — Police have arrested two suspects on DUI charges after two separate collisions, which occurred around four hours apart.

In one instance, officers came across 36-year-old Daniel Garcia-Vazquez of Lincoln after his vehicle collided with another at Twelve Bridges and E. Joiner. He was taken to Sutter Roseville Hospital for treatment of minor injuries before being booked into Placer County Jail.

In the second instance, 22-year-old Devon Waterlyn of Lincoln was arrested after a collision at Lincoln and Ferrari Ranch.

He, too, was treated at the hospital for minor injuries sustained in the collision.
