Argument Leads to Shooting in Los Banos

LOS BANOS — Police are on the lookout for 55-year-old Ralph Bernie Sisneros after identifying him as the primary suspect in a shooting on April 9th.

Officers arrived at Los Banos Memorial Hospital after receiving a report that a 38-year-old man had been admitted with multiple gunshot wounds. Initial investigation determined that the shooting had occurred at around 1 PM on the 100 block of Grenache Court.

Detectives learned that the victim had gotten into a verbal altercation with Sisneros, which eventually prompted Sisneros to retrieve a gun and open fire.

The victim has since been treated and released.

Sisneros has yet to be located, but Los Banos PD has secured a $500,000 warrant for his arrest. Anyone with information that may lead to his whereabouts or arrest is strongly encouraged to contact the department at (209) 827 – 7070.
