HUMBOLDT COUNTY — On February 28th just after 12 PM, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived in the area of Nob Hill Court to investigate a report of possible theft of utility services.
While on scene, deputies met with 27-year-old Aaron Ashley Arlotta who, being a wanted fugitive, attempted to flee on foot.
After a short pursuit, he was apprehended and taken into custody without incident.
Arlotta was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on 3 warrants out of Humboldt County Superior Court, as well as new charges of resisting arrest and theft of utility services. His bail has been set to $100,000.
