Suspects Arrested in Recent Roseville Robberies

A total of four suspects have been arrested in three recent robbery-related crimes, according to an official weekly crime report issued by the Roseville Police Department.

On Saturday, October 18 at about 1 pm, officers reportedly responded to a report of a stranger trespassing in a backyard in the 1000 block of Windermere Avenue. Officers reportedly made contact with a man matching the description of the suspect, who was then pushing a bicycle in the area of Auburn Boulevard and Whyte Avenue. The bike was reportedly identified as one that was just reported stolen from an apartment complex on East Roseville Parkway.

Sergey Gudim, 37, of Sacramento was reportedly arrested for on suspicion of possessing stolen property. The bike was reportedly returned to its rightful owner. Gudim has been charged four previous times this year for theft, petty theft, and possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia, along with parole violations.

On Thursday, October 23 at 3:20 am, an officer was reportedly patrolling Fiddyment Road and stopped a pick-up truck for a mechanical violation. During the stop, the officer reportedly found lumber in the bed of the truck from a nearby new home construction site.

The driver, Mark Keith Webster, 37 of Sacramento, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of theft, possessing stolen property, and driving on a suspended license. Webster has also made several trips to the courthouse, having been charged in November last year with vehicle theft and possession of stolen property, and in July for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

And on Saturday, October 25 at 9 am, officers responded to a report of a man with a gun chasing another person near the Washington underpass. Officers made contact with the involved parties and found two suspects, a man and woman, had confronted an acquaintance, punched him, and took his backpack in a dispute over money owed. Nobody had a gun, however, the man had reportedly put his hand in his pocket when confronting the victim, simulating a gun.

Condola Catalina Hill, 27, and Antonio Ramon Santos, 28, both of Sacramento, were arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy.

Ms. Hill’s extensive history includes at least four other arrests in the past two years for burglary, being under the influence and possession of narcotics, failure to appear in court, and even two bicycle related violations. Santos, who shares a home with Hill, has an extensive record as well, dating back to November 2008 when he was charged with grand theft, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy. Over the intervening years he was charged several times with theft, possession of stolen property, drug possession and sales, and in 2011, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or co-habitant (domestic violence.) Details of the incident are not available, but Hill and he were both arrested on May 28 this year; this time she was charged with domestic violence, along with assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court. At that time, he was charged with being under the influence of drugs. Again, further details of that incident were not available.
