Paso PD Scores Heroin Bust

Paso Robles police arrested two men for heroin possession on Thursday in the Target parking lot.

According to PRPD, investigators from the Special Enforcement Team (SET) saw two suspicious individuals in the parking lot of the Target Shopping Center on Theater Drive.

Police say the two suspects appeared to make a hand-to-hand drug transaction in the parking lot. The detectives approached the two suspects and searched them. They discovered .2 grams of suspected heroin and a hypodermic syringe.

Afeek Oz Haviv

Police arrested the suspects for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

The suspects were identified as Dylan Michael Bice, 21, of Morro Bay and Afeek Oz Haviv, 19, of San Luis Obispo

Both were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
