Four Santa Rosa Gang Members Arrested For Mugging 16 year-old
Four gang members were arrested this past Sunday for mugging a 16 year old male in front of a 7- Eleven convenience store in Santa Rosa.
Officers were called to the scene to find the 16 year-old male victim uninjured.
