Paso Police Nab Graffiti Vandal

Paso Robles police officers arrested a man for vandalizing a sign with graffiti on Tuesday. According to PRPD, they received a call around 12:05 p.m. from a citizen witness reporting graffiti vandalism in progress in the 100 block of Niblick Road.

The witness reported seeing a suspect vandalize a shopping cart return sign by tagging it and flee the scene in a vehicle. Police say officers located a suspect a short time later in the parking lot of Centennial Park on Nickerson Drive. The suspect was positively identified by the witness and arrested without incident for vandalism.

According to PRPD, the suspect was found in possession of numerous markers and spray paint cans linking him to the crime.

The suspect was identified as Skip Edward Moses, 20, of Paso Robles. Moses was booked at the PRPD detention facility for one count of vandalism and released. Police say the investigation into the scope of vandalism activity linked to Moses is ongoing.
